093011 – Meat of 5 Watermelons (medium size), 3 Carrabolla, 1 honeydew melon, and 5 Peaches. Took the paint stir / power drill and drilled to a fine pulp. Added enough water to reach the 7 gallon mark on the vat. Added 7 Campden tablets and stirred. Put lid on vat and airlock.
