Summer Wine Update

Racked the Summer Wine this weekend.  Think I have a problem - smells like an outhouse (I have been told since I can not smell anything.)  Ran the hydrometer and it registered 1.000 - so not sure if I need to add more sugar or what.  Have to work on this as time permits.
