Update 10.06.11

Summer Wine - cap was dry and floating - stirred up bottom and made sure cap was mixed back into liquid.  Made sure sugar was dissolved - really cooking now. Reset airlock.

Sadie's Cider - stirred sugar and then added one packet of Pasteur Champagne yeast. Reset airlock.

Robbie's Run - all carboys still cooking but a bit slower than before.
